Hayashikane Sangyo Forms Business Tie-up with Starzen

Hayashikane Sangyo Co., Ltd., located in Shimonoseki, Yamaguchi Prefecture, reached a basic agreement April 11 with Tokyo-based meat processor/marketer Starzen Co., Ltd. on a business tie-up.

Effective use of management resources in relation to meat processing and processed foods of both companies will be aimed through raw material dealing, contract manufacturing of processed foods and ham/sausages, and human resources. More items such as processing, joint development, marketing, distribution, overseas operations, and human resources will be further discussed.
